AFEX is committed to providing forest-related extension services to forest companies, governments, other industry sectors, communities, and NGOs. Our goal is to advance forest industry competitiveness and wise environmental stewardship.

Through seminars, workshops, field tours, on-line services, and distance delivery methods AFEX conveys information on topics critical to managers and workers making decisions and conducting operations on forested land in Alberta. AFEX provides a reliable source of information on research results and best practices.
